⏳ When is the site closing?
The site will officially close on 24 January 2026
After that date, you’ll need to use Bébicsősz.hu to connect with pet sitters, manage your bookings, and keep everything running smoothly. ✨
It’s a fresh start, and we’ll be with you every step of the way to make sure the switch is easy and stress-free.
🛠️ What happens to my account?
Unless you decide to close your account sooner, it will automatically close on 24 January 2026. Don’t worry, your details stay safe. They will not transfer to Bébicsősz.hu and will never be shared with any third party.
Before that date, we’ll send you step-by-step instructions to set up your brand-new Bébicsősz.hu account. That way, you’ll be ready to keep booking sitters without a pause.
💳 What happens to my payments & bookings?
You can keep using your current access to platform features and message sitters as usual right up until 24 January 2026.
If your package runs past that date, we’ll automatically refund you for any unused time.
For bookings after 4 January 2026, you’ll just need to rebook through Bébicsősz.hu. We’ll guide you every step of the way to make it quick and seamless.
💸 Can I still buy a package?
Starting 13 October 2025, you won’t be able to purchase new packages on DogSurf.
The good news is you don’t have to wait and you can head over to Bébicsősz.hu right away to explore sitters and get set up for future bookings.
🦮 Will I still have access to the same sitters?
From 24 January 2026, DogSurf will close. You won’t be able to log in, manage bookings, or access your account anymore.
But don’t worry, many of your favorite sitters are already on Bébicsősz.hu, so you’ll find the same trusted care with even more options waiting for you there.

Our support team is here for you to answer emails and questions anytime before 24 January 2026.
After that date, our support inbox will close along with the website, but by then, you’ll already have everything you need on Bébicsősz.hu.
